Shipping policy
Processing Time
Most of our jewelry pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Custom orders and made-to-order pieces require additional time to create.
- Ready-to-ship items: 1-3 business days
- Custom/made-to-order pieces: 7-14 business days (you will be notified of the estimated completion time when you place your order)
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Available shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at corals.jnb@gmail.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
