No Returns or Refunds
Due to the unique, handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. The majority of our pieces are one-of-a-kind creations or custom made-to-order specifically for you, featuring natural gemstones including turquoise, pearls, crystals, and other precious materials.
Custom Orders
All custom-made pieces are final sale. Once your custom order has been confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at corals.jnb@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. Please include photos of the damage or defect with your inquiry.
